The seminar programme covers various approaches to rational time management, effective methods of ordering work and personal affairs, and the corporate culture of time management. Participants learn to optimally classify tasks of varying complexity and urgency, delegate authority correctly, establish strict self-discipline and manage their energy.

The seminar teaches how to formulate personal and professional goals and set priorities, and makes it possible to master effective methods of planning working and personal time.

The seminar is useful for managers and specialists who want to develop useful skills of managing working time effectively in order to increase productivity. During the training the situation is analysed and how people manage their time is examined. Participants are then told about ways of effective planning, optimal delegation of authority, proper organisation of the workplace and organising rest. In the subsequent discussion participants analyse, draw conclusions, receive the necessary theoretical information and, with the facilitator's help, relate their existing and newly acquired experience and knowledge.
