Discussions are led by a facilitator — moderator who is a professional psychologist and business trainer. Despite being easy to take in, it makes it possible to act out and discuss very precisely all the difficulties most relevant to a specific team. The main goal of the programme — is to show participants the possibility of solving problems together effectively; successfully overcoming their own fears and negative beliefs in achieving results; supporting and valuing themselves and others.
