A call centre is not just «telephony» but a key channel of communication with customers, on which the company's loyalty, sales and reputation depend. An effective call centre requires a well-built architecture: processes, roles, team standards and a culture of interaction.

At this training we take a systematic approach to creating or modernising a call centre. We will work out how to build the team, introduce service standards, organise work processes properly and start managing quality in practice rather than in words.

We will work with real cases, industry examples and templates for implementation.

Aim of the training
To take a systematic approach to creating or modernising a call centre, and build the structure, processes and team that ensure the stable, high-quality operation of a customer service or sales centre.

Training objectives:

  • — To understand the purpose and possible models of a call centre in business
  • — To learn to design the architecture of the enquiry handling process
  • — To develop the team structure, roles and areas of responsibility
  • — To form approaches to quality control and operator development
  • — To discuss strategies for motivating and scaling the call centre
  • — To obtain practical tools for launching and managing operations

Participants will receive:

  • — A clear model for building a call centre: from goals to KPIs and call routing
  • — Tools for recruiting, onboarding and motivating operators
  • — Templates of scripts, standards and quality checklists
  • — Feedback and mentoring techniques on real calls
  • — An approach to managing difficult customers and stressful situations
  • — A strategic understanding of the call centre's role in the customer journey and business development
