Artificial intelligence is already actively used in HR and recruitment, making it possible to automate routine tasks, speed up recruitment and improve the quality of candidate assessment.
At this training participants will examine how to use AI at every stage of recruitment — from creating the vacancy to deciding on a candidate — and will also learn to work safely with data and build an effective recruitment process.
The programme is practical in nature: participants complete assignments based on their own work tasks and receive ready-made tools to apply at work.
