The seminar covers the requirements of the legislation governing the processing of employees' leave at the enterprise and the system of regulatory legal acts; practical examples and difficult issues of applying the legislation when processing leave are examined, and typical mistakes and the consequences of not following the leave schedule and of accumulated leave are analysed.
The programme is based on the legal, regulatory and methodological documents currently in force, taking into account all changes in Kazakhstani legislation.
