The seminar teaches how to identify operational risks, determine their causes and assess the level of consequences of their materialisation. During the training participants will practise algorithms and techniques for working with operational risks aimed at preventing, minimising and controlling possible risk events.
They will be able to understand and assess the extent of their knowledge and experience in operational risk management; learn to identify and systematise operational risks; practise operational risk assessment methods; learn about methods of minimising and controlling operational risks; practise techniques for reducing and preventing risks in operations.
