This seminar is intended for representatives of legal entities and individuals, citizens of Kazakhstan and foreign persons who need to define their personal position and point of view when taking part in any enforcement proceedings; to choose a private bailiff; to take the position of a claimant with the opportunity to study enforcement law and the enforcement proceedings system in Kazakhstan; to have leverage in monitoring the execution of the stages of enforcement proceedings; to know their rights and obligations as a party to enforcement proceedings (claimant or debtor); to have the knowledge to take part effectively in enforcement proceedings as a subject/ party, and to be able to end their participation in enforcement proceedings peacefully and voluntarily.
