Practical application of the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
A two-day practice-oriented seminar aimed at a deep understanding of the key changes in the construction industry and their real application at work.
The programme brings together the current provisions of the Construction Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the practice of implementing them through digital tools. Participants will examine new approaches to state regulation, control, licensing and digitalisation of the industry, and will also gain skills in working with the E-QURYLYS information system.
The training is delivered by the developers and participants in drafting the Construction Code, which gives access to an expert perspective and practical cases from within the industry.
The seminar covers:
— a review of the key changes in architecture, town planning and construction
— new mechanisms of state control and liability
— digitalisation of the industry and automation of permit procedures
— practical work in the E-QURYLYS system: licensing, registers, control
